SALTED CARAMEL POPCORN

Dormans Caramel Syrup | 20 ml |
Butter | 1 cup |
Light brown sugar | 1 cup |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Popcorn seeds | ½ cup |
Method | |
Melt butter, sugar, syrup, and 1 teaspoon of salt over medium heat and let it simmer. | |
Pop the popcorn seeds over medium-low heat. | |
Pour the caramel sauce over the popcorn and coat, stir, and add the rest of the salt over it. Let it cool. | |
Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, but stir in between 10 minutes. |
