SALTED CARAMEL POPCORN

Ingredient Quantity
Dormans Caramel Syrup 20 ml
Butter 1 cup
Light brown sugar 1 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Popcorn seeds ½ cup
Method
Melt butter, sugar, syrup, and 1 teaspoon of salt over medium heat and let it simmer.
Pop the popcorn seeds over medium-low heat.
Pour the caramel sauce over the popcorn and coat, stir, and add the rest of the salt over it. Let it cool.
Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, but stir in between 10 minutes.
