DENSE CARAMEL BANANA BREAD

Ingredient Quantity
Dormans Caramel Syrup 30g
Bread flour 100 g
Baking powder 4 g
Sugar 10 g
Yogurt 20 g
Egg 1
Banana 2
Cinnamon 2 g
Method
Peel the banana and chop it up. If it's not ripe, microwave until softened.
Mix together the egg and sugar in a bowl.
Add the caramel syrup, yogurt, and cinnamon and mix together. Add 2/3 of the banana and mix.
Sift the dry ingredients and fold into the dough (don't knead). Fold in the remaining banana.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake at 180℃ for 25-30 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the pan. Once cooled, remove from the pan and wrap with plastic.
