DENSE CARAMEL BANANA BREAD

Dormans Caramel Syrup | 30g |
Bread flour | 100 g |
Baking powder | 4 g |
Sugar | 10 g |
Yogurt | 20 g |
Egg | 1 |
Banana | 2 |
Cinnamon | 2 g |
Method | |
Peel the banana and chop it up. If it's not ripe, microwave until softened. | |
Mix together the egg and sugar in a bowl. | |
Add the caramel syrup, yogurt, and cinnamon and mix together. Add 2/3 of the banana and mix. | |
Sift the dry ingredients and fold into the dough (don't knead). Fold in the remaining banana. | |
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake at 180℃ for 25-30 minutes. | |
Let the cake cool in the pan. Once cooled, remove from the pan and wrap with plastic. |
